Why Certify for Charter?
Three words, “Flexibility, Safety and Security.” By certifying your aircraft for operations under Far Part 135 you
eliminate any gray areas. The FAA has been looking very closely at corporate flight departments. The biggest areas
of concern are illegal charter operations. Most of the flight departments “Thought” they were doing everything right,
only to find out that through billing practices, non-owner aircraft usage and operational control, they were guilty of

Crew Training
Palm Beach Aviation utilizes only highly qualified and trained flight crew personnel. After an intense background check,
each crewmember completes our training curriculum including, basic indoctrination, international operations,
Emergency training, water evacuation and survival training, first aid training, advanced weather training, CPR/AED training,
as well as aircraft specific training at Flight Safety International or equivalent simulator based training.
Management
Palm Beach Aviation is your turn-key aircraft management provider. We provide accounting services, personnel services,
security services, TSA training, Indoc and emergency drills, drug & alcohol program, insurance administration,
customer service, scheduling and dispatch services as well as flight and maintenance crew management to ensure that
all aspects of your flight operations are smooth.
Maint Management/Personnel
Palm Beach Aviation will provide a complete team of maintenance personnel ,Led by our FAR 135 Director of Maintenance,
He will maintain constant supervision and tracking of all maintenance needs for your aircraft including in-house mechanics
to provide the most cost effective on site maintenance. With maintenance personnel on staff, even vendor provided
maintenance costs are reduced by the close supervision of the work performed and billing review that only on staff
maintenance personnel can provide.
